If you want to make a change, please follow the procedure below:
Make your return within 14 days from the day you received your order. To make the return, the product will need to be in its original condition with the special markings (tags), the proof of order and the special return form.
IN THE CASE OF A RETURN YOU HAVE THE OPTION:
1. Make an exchange with the same or another product in store.Make your exchange at any Edward Jeans store having the product and proof of purchase with you. If the product belongs to the outlet category you should look for one of our outlet stores.
2. Exchange with the same or another product through our online store.Return the product very well packed to avoid damage during transport, using the ACS Courier service. The charge for you is free on the first change. Your package inside should contain a. the product you are returning b. the special return form that was in the original package you received, completed with the required information c. your proof
For the commitment/reservation of the product with which you wish to change, we would recommend that you send us an email to eshop@edward.gr with the product(s) you want and their numbers. Alternatively you can call 2310 688560.
In the event that you choose to use any other carrier of your choice, you will be fully responsible for the cost of the carrier, which you will pay to the carrier you choose at the time of sending the parcel.
