SHIPPING COST

• Free shipping for orders worth €50 or more.
• €1.80 shipping per order for orders under €50.

DELIVERY TIME

• Orders within Attica, Thessaloniki and large urban centers are delivered in 1 to 3 working days.
• Orders to the rest of Greece are delivered in 2 to 6 working days.

Payment can be made either by cash on delivery or by credit/debit card (Visa-Mastercard) or via PayPal.

PAYMENT WITH REFUND

The payment of the order is made by the customer to the employee of the courier company (Acs Courier, Elta Courier, Easymail Courier) upon delivery, either in cash or using a credit or debit card. In any case, the cost for payment by cash on delivery is €2.50.

Credit/debit card payment is available for domestic and international purchases. Your transactions will be carried out through EUROBANK. We confirm that EDWARD does not have any information about your credit card.

If you want to make a change, please follow the procedure below:

Make your return within 14 days from the day you received your order. In order to make the return, the product will need to be in its original condition with the special markings (tags), the proof of order and the special return form.

IN THE CASE OF A RETURN YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY:

1. Make an exchange with the same or another product in a store.Make your exchange at any Edward Jeans store with the product and proof of purchase. If the product belongs to the outlet category you should look for one of our outlet stores.
2. Exchange with the same or another product through our online store.Please return the product very well packed to avoid damage in transit using the ACS Courier service. The charge for you is free on the first change. Your parcel inside should contain
a. the product you are returning
b. the special return form that was in the original package you received, filled in with the required information
c. your receiptFor the reservation/reservation of the product you wish to change, we would recommend you to send us an email to eshop@edward.gr with the product(s) you want and their numbers.
