Complaint Policy and Supplier Obligations for Product Defects and Shortages.
If a product you have ordered does not exist, then our company and the store manager will do everything they can to find and send you all the products you have ordered. Sometimes, however, some codes have run out and the repositories have not had time to be updated. If the product is no longer available, the store manager will contact you to inform you and give you alternative suggestions.
If a product proves to be defective then we proceed to replace it at our expense.
Consumer Rights:
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product/products.
Additionally and equally important, the consumer has the right to request an unjustified refund of his money, without being subject to restrictions and subject to conditions.
Each change must be accompanied by the receipt and the product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Right of substitution
The consumer has the right to request the replacement of the product if the one delivered to him was defective or does not correspond to the product he ordered.
