Our company and the manager will do all that is possible to find and send you all the goods you've ordered. But sometimes products that are out of stock, they are not updated immediately in the warehouses. If the product is no longer available you will be contacted by the responsible of the store to inform you and give you alternatives.
Changes must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase. Also any change must be accompanied by the receipt and the product must be in the same condition you did receive it.
