Our company and the manager will do all that is possible to find and send you all the goods you've ordered. But sometimes products that are out of stock, they are not updated immediately in the warehouses. If the product is no longer available you will be contacted by the responsible of the store to inform you and give you alternatives.

Changes must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase. Also any change must be accompanied by the receipt and the product must be in the same condition you did receive it.

The payment of the order can be made either by cash on delivery or through a bank (credit card).

Shipments are made in Greece, Europe and Cyprus.

If your order is sent Monday-Friday until 13.00 noon, it will be forwarded the same day to our store. If your order is shipped Saturday-Sunday or during a holiday period, it will be shipped on the first business day, on a first-come, first-served basis. Within 3-5 business days your order will be shipped to you.

During the execution of the order, you can be informed about the status of its course by typing the shipment number, which will be supplied by us, in the field of Shipment No. on the Acs Courier Website.

The shipment is being made by elta Courier for Greece, Cyprus and Europe. If you wish to choose another shipping method please leave a note in the comments of your order.

In times of sales, we apply the same discount rates in the online store as in any other EDWARD store.
